The point that Al isn't replacing value, it's amplifying the gap in discernment has really stuck with me. Thank you for bringing HR Elevate to Minneapolis again and for creating spaces where leaders can show up as people first. Each time I join this group, I’m reminded how rare it is to gather in a room where the focus is truly on connection before anything else. We come together not just as executives, but as people first — with families, lives, hopes, fears, and aspirations that connect us in our shared humanity. Last night’s conversation didn’t shy away from the heaviness many are feeling here, yet it also reflected something I’ve come to value deeply about HR Elevate: the willingness to support one another, to listen generously, and to lead with both compassion and courage when it matters most. This community has given me more than professional insight — it has given me a sense of belonging and trusted relationships that extend well beyond a single dinner conversation. Leadership can feel isolating, but spaces like this remind us that we are not meant to navigate complexity alone.
